Our exchange and replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able offer you an exchange or replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain products are exempt from being exchanged or replaced depending on the condition.

There are certain situations where only partial replacements are granted:
- Saturated nibs upon arrival etc.
Replacements and Exchanges
We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange or replace it for the same item, send us an email at hitthestreetgraffiti@gmail.com. Once you Contact Us regarding the reason for exchange or replacement, we will send you an email to confirm your replacement or exchange request. In certain situations, we reserve the right to deny your request depending on product condition or usage.
Certain situations where exchanges or replacements may not be processed:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is past 30 days after delivery.
